Shirley Diner is hands down the best diner in Saratoga! I ordered the smoky bagel with lox and was blown away by how much salmon they give you, it was absolutely delicious. My daughter had the crêpes with strawberries and bananas, which were out of this world and came in a generous portion. The home fries are to die for, perfectly cooked and seasoned. On top of the amazing food, the service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and fast. Highly recommend Shirley Diner to anyone looking for a great meal. This place is truly a gem!

Had breakfast there with my wife. I had the Irish Benedict and she had the homemade corned beef hash and we split sausage gravy and biscuits. This little obscure diner in Saratoga is a gem. The food was excellent, the staff was amazing and the place was a quaint warm atmosphere. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be going back! Going to try lunch/dinner there one of these times.

They have incredible smoked Pastrami I get Two eggs over pile of a pastrami Real seeded Rye toast Hash Browns or Home fry’s and coffee or juice $16 cash Coffee is fantastic as is the entire breakfast Well worth the $20 I’ve been visiting weekly after night at the Casino Blonde thin waitress is most efficient & friendly… as is the bus person Hes always super nice as well…

I’m so glad we stopped here for lunch. It was so nice. The food was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had our infant grandson with us and he was a little fussy and the staff was really helpful to calm him down and provide distraction for us to order. My French Dip sandwich was delicious and the hand cut fries were truly the best ever. My wife had the lemon blueberry crepes and it was delicious as well as a lot. The menu allows for lunch or breakfast until they close at 2. I highly recommend this wonderful diner.

I hadn't been here in about a year - it's off the beaten path, so I never think about it. Decided to go this morning and it was a great decision. The breakfast was perfectly cooked - they know how to do eggs 'over medium!' Did not feel rushed, which is always nice. Waitress came over a few times to make sure everything was good and that I had fresh coffee. Thank you! Reasonable priced, if you're in the area, try it out. Nice and clean!

We came in for breakfast which was so delicious. Big portions of food. The service was amazing and all the staff was super friendly and always had a smile on their face. This is the way you get customers to come back and we will definitely be back whenever we are in Saratoga Springs
